Pharr Yarns' Carpet Division has added extrusion capability to enhance our ability to produce nylon 6,6 and polyester bulk continuous filament (BCF).  We have the ability to extrude 1000-3000 denier BCF with 3.5 to 18 denier per fiber (DPF)Licensed DuPont Sorona™ producer for automotive and upholstery applications.

 

Our Extrusion facility is located adjacent to our Complex 46 plant(s) in McAdenville, NC.  This state of the art addition to Pharr allows the Carpet Division to develop new products in nylon 6,6 and polyester BCF.
